Jeffrey Hager- Executive Director

Jeffrey Hager has served as Executive Director of Hands for Peacemaking Foundation since 2018, leading the organization’s work alongside rural communities in Northwest Guatemala. With a practical, relationship-centered approach, he helps connect supporters with village-led projects that expand access to clean air, safe water, education, and economic opportunity.

A Rotarian for more than two decades, Jeffrey brings a deep commitment to service, partnership, and community impact. He values work that builds lasting relationships and creates practical solutions that help families strengthen self-reliance and opportunity.

Jeffrey lives in Everett, Washington, with his wife, Kelly, and has three grown children. An Oregon transplant who has now lived in Washington longer than Oregon, he still has no plans to root for the Huskies or Cougars. Outside of work, he enjoys baseball, fly fishing, random trivia, reading, and adventures with Kelly.
